气!!!



开学一星期了~

趁着周末,去queensbay mall的某间电讯公司解决电话帐单的事情,因为他们员工的疏忽,使我每个月八十多令吉的电话费增加到RM185!!!
虽然他们帮我解决了问题,可是帐单已经出了,我不得不还 -_-'''

KYC: because of urs false and i have to pay for extra 100???
XXX: i can rebate bc for u sir,now u give me ur bill statement!
KYC: i didnt bring it along,because i hv received my bill through email.
XXX: u should print it out.nvm,is ok sir ! i can rebate for u at here,but we will charge u ten ringgit for each number,that's mean RM20 for two number!
KYC:............................................................................. (how i know i hv to print it out???) ok! so how much i have to pay now?
XXX:u have to pay for the amount that ad mention in ur bill, RM185.we will try to recalculate bc and rebate for u in next month.
KYC:.............................................................................again and again......................................................

***plz la,if I count in petrol, toll and that RM20 bill charging money,the amount that u rebate in next month is ad gone! 最惨的事他们连道歉的意思也没有,欲哭无泪 T,T

多亏他们,我便有机会回去之前假期工作的地方“探班”顺便在那逛逛 ^^
