security problem in USM

recently...

i hate so much on driving car bc to campus...

every time i must be blocked by the security guard due to the sticker problem...

i really don't understand...

y???

y we jz can apply one sticker for each person???

y we able to prove that we are the student of USM by showing matrik card,the guard stil wan kacau so much???

y some of the guard is so lanci???

their attitude is damn bad !!!

i really cant tahan anymore!!!

i wan to complain!!!

thus...

a email was send to HEPP by me yesterday

hope that hepp will help us to reflect this situation to security department and solve this problem ASAP!

12 hours later~

HEPP replied my email ...

and i satisfy with their answer...

they promise to help us settle the problem ASAP !
